A mobile service mini program for KUKA: product categories, repair orders, spare-part requests, certified-partner lookup and media downloads — faster customer service.
Many entry points and user types; products, orders and certification lookups had to live together with a clear, simple path.
Made the mini program the single entry point with modules for products, services, lookups and documents — wired to backend management and data APIs for a closed loop of search, download and order submission.
Customer service moved online: less manual back-and-forth, faster document access, certification lookup and after-sales.
