A product e-catalog mini program for SCHUNK, world-leading gripper manufacturer: product showcase, spec lookup, sample downloads and lead capture in one.
Hundreds of models with complex specs — sales sent PDFs customers couldn't navigate; nobody knew who viewed what, so follow-ups were shots in the dark.
Built a catalog mini program: category filters, keyword search, online sample browsing, plus a backend lead system recording who viewed what and for how long.
Sales sends one mini-program link and customers find specs themselves. The backend shows exactly who is interested in what — follow-ups are precise.
