A dozen production stages with data locked inside machines; manual meter readings and gut-feel judgment meant anomalies were found too late.
Connected every PLC (mixing, bagging, sterilizing, inoculating, cultivating, purifying, harvesting) into one dashboard: live yield, machine status and anomaly alerts.
