Huangyan Grottoes Ticketing System
Online ticketing + scan-to-enter in one
A ticketing system for the Huangyan Grottoes: online ticket purchase, turnstile scan-to-enter and backend data management, fully digital.
Peak-season queues of 1 hour drove visitors away; manual ticket checks were slow and leaky; ticket data was tallied by hand, making reconciliation painful.
Built a ticketing mini program (date / ticket type / payment) + smart-turnstile scan-to-enter + admin backend (real-time sales, order management, check-in records).
Visitor queue time dropped from 1 hour to 1 minute. The attraction told us: “We saved 3 staff — peak season no longer scares us.”
