Challenge

Bookings lived in phone calls and spreadsheets — easy to miss or mess up; on-site check-in was slow with no repeat-entry protection.

Solution

Built the booking mini program: visitors pick date / slot / party size and get a check-in code; staff scan to verify and the system marks the visit complete.

Outcome

Booking is fully automated with much faster check-in. The client told us: “Spreadsheets were chaotic and leaky. Now it's all automatic — such a relief.”
